Happy Birthday Pinny

He is the one,

Who is there for me whenever I need him,

Who I can just randomly mumble without filtering my words,

Who knows I’ll fall and yet he encourage me to follow my heart,

Who support my decision even though I might be wrong,

Sometime, he is just like my dad,

Worry that I might be hurt yet he will let me go to grow,

He gave me the courage and belief in myself,

He is true to me, direct and honest,

Will praise me, scold me…

A true friend of mine…

Who claims himself my brother.

Brother Pinny, Happy Birthday.

May you all the best and love you always.

Stay cheers =)

random

This cute little baby here is my niece! 10th October baby, named Zi Ying. hehe. another Ying.. hopefully her daddy don't call her ah ying also.. I have so many ah ying in family d.. Sometime really don't know should I answer a not when someone call for ah ying. Will look for this cutie as soon as I get back M'sia.

Final exam in a week time.. progress? BAD.

Okay.. Sien.. Computing SIEN.. No idea how to go to exam hall with no tutorial available, with only ONE past year paper.. crap.. sigh..

Just realized I didn't mentioned about the MUMSU ball I went with my friends longgggg ago..

Let's show some you some random photos.

First of all, have to thanks my dear housemate Hilary, who shopped with us, helped us to make up, hair-do.. ALL by Hilary.

Devil, Master, Angel (L to R)

One of my favourite photos during the ball, thanks Jon. It looks like a candid shot, but is not. That's the reason why I was smiling.. haha.. coz of Jon.

This photo is bit dark, but is the best as other will overexpose the scenary behind. Can't remember what's that place call, but the bay behind is the Wineglass Bay at Tasmania. Is not easy to climb up that rock though.. just to take a photo.. haha..
Taken by my sis in the tulip farm I missed. Will definitely go there next year. Won't miss it again. ( Hopefully) Wish I could have see the real dog, miss my doggie lo..

My sis and I had this thick chocolaty brownies at Max Brennen during holiday. *Thumb up
This is currently number 1 in my list for chocolate bakery. Follow by the chocolate mud cake in Mornington.

Mentioned about chocolate, I made a chocolate cheesecake with my friend that day. It was just okay as we put too much butter for the base, bit salty. Easy jelak for that flavour. However, we realized this cake taste good after is fridge for few days. Maybe we should be more patient and wait for few days next time.

While waiting for the base to chilled, I baked double choc muffins as well. However, there are no more self-raising flour. Therefore, I changed my recipe to baking soda. Cin cin cai cai.. din follow the recipe ratio of ingredient as well. haha.. it turn out failed as muffin, bit overbaked as I was hoping it will be more 'cooked'. However, the guys love it. When you bite, the chocolate inside is still melting. Sounds like some chocolate lava cake. haha.. ya.. they like it, and asking me to bake that again. but.. since I cin cai mix and add ingredient myself that day, I not very sure of the ratio I mixed that day =P. haha.. not sure can I produce such 'failure product' again or not.

This last photo is a prove to show dad and mom. See, I got 'guai guai' wear mask although I am always-the-only-one wearing mask in the whole airport. So no worry about me. =)

one month to go

One month to go for final exam, stll have Digital system report due next week, Oral presentation and final report of Experimental Project (40%), killing and LAST MATLAB report due next Friday and freaking Computing assignment + FEA due on 19th of October..

Never ending due dates going to come to an end, however no rest is allowed as final exam is coming so soon and I'm unprepared for it.

I have a day break today at Lindt's cafe with friend. We were the first customer of the day, and sat there until the cafe was going to end their day. Read something non-academic (finally), chit chat, some drinks and cakes.. it just made my day =) Thanks for the invitation.

Went Tasmania with friends and sister, it was an adventerous trip.. and we were pretty lucky I would say. Missed the tulip farm due to some reason. Is okay.. I'll go for it next year. Now, I'll just have to admire it through the photos took by my sis with her SLR camera. ( She made my friends want to get SLR by having one.)

Celebrated Mid-autumn festival with neighbour a.k.a mechatronic etc guys. Had a great night with lots of foods. Loved their salad, especially the dressing. Seldom have guys who are so good at preparing foods. =P We girls were just preparing dessert e.g. egg tarts, apple pie by my sis and etc. Other than that, we had mooncakes, chinese teas and lantern. haha. That's why is difficult to tell the difference for me, coz we were still celebrating just like back in M'sia, just without the parents and family. ( they burnt lantern for fun..)

Anyway, I am going back in 2 months time.. hehe.
