My companions in Melbourne

It has been long since my last post, always ended up discard my post before I even finish a sentence. Yeap, getting lazy now a days, especially I'm now back at Malaysia!

It is almost 3 weeks back, mosquitos start to fall in love with me and "kissing" me, leaving me with red dot everywhere. (Only then I understand my 'jie' keat ming, personal message abt 'red dots').

10 months away from this country, I won't deny the facts that I have changed physically and mentally. It has been a happening year to most of us. Physically, of course gained weight and fats. haha.. It is very hard to resist on the nice foods in Melbourne, not only those Italian foods and gelato at Lygon street, the CHOCOLATE'S cafe everywhere in the city, Korean foods, Chinese... etc.. However, I'll think the main reasons is because of my HOUSEMATES in Morton!

I've the BEST housemates you can ever imagine, everyone is a good cook in the house. =)

Hsiao Hui Ma~ Today I ate some Malay's curry puff, and I miss your curry puff so much. Her portugese tart is better than the one selling at the bakery lo... I am NOT exaggerating! What ever foods you want to eat, just tell Hsiao Hui Ma, she will make it for you and is definitely delicious. (For e.g. Char Kuey Teow, Hokkien Mee, even Prawn noodle.. where can you find such thing in Melbourne? Morton street) and she is the one who take care our make up and hair (including cut) all this while. =) She is just like a mother of Morton. Miss you, Hsiao Hui Ma.

My twin sister, Shir Ley who is now still in NZ, hehe.. she is coming back SOON~ I am very glad to have her with me most of the time ( seriously almost 24 hours ). However, those guys just don't understand that we both need privacy and private time alone sometime, there were times those guys misunderstood that we two have problem with each other. Luckily, we 2 know is just that we can't face each other 24 hours, sooner or later, it will create problems. Thanks Shir Ley for her understanding. Her big cookies seriously shocked me with the size of it, never thought cookies can be that big... she is also the guinea pig of my cooking most of the time =P Especially semester 1 where we were more relax. Steaks, pasta, wine with movie.. haha.. I think we enjoyed life quite well on first semester =) and of course coffee =P ( we were coffee addicted)
2nd semester, we went throught a lot of sleepless nights, and the last one is always the most memorable one. Will never forget the stargazing night with you and the others.. and the night where we waited for the sunrise. None of this will be able to happen without her.

Yi Mei! the photographer! going out with her, you will never need your camera =P Yi Mei will always be there with her camera ready.. hehe.. and it soon going to be a 500D. With so many DSLR camera around, our digital camera can send to recycle bin d ( Can recycle? google it.) She made great dessert as well, cheese cake, sai mai lou~ and she is a great planner/organizer. Thanks for her effort in most of the trips. She is the one who always bring us around for good foods and scenary. Thanks girl, see you soon during Chrismas! Looking forward for Christmas~ and glad to be your housemate again next year. ( Yes, we definitely will control our diet next year)


Of course we will never forget our very quiet housemate - Jia Wei. Most of the time she is very quiet, sometime I don't even notice whether she is home or not even though her room is just next to mine. ( Most probably is my observation is too poor.) Although we are not that close, she is definitely a good housemate. Who can tahan we so many crazy girls being so noisy at home without complaining?

Done with housemates, let's see my GROUPMATES who stayed at Evelyn~

Although we always dine out together, we (only his house and my house) rarely eat together at home (complaint by Jon). Actually what he said is true, it can be count by one hand, is just twice. Once is the Bak Kut Teh, and last is the steamboat. SL and I were in their team (Sean included) for the Design project which killed ALL of us. All the sleepless nights and stress caused by it were painful. (Even the outcome of it, still I think we done a great job, good work!) One thing I am very sorry is that, I treated the monkey king badly during the project. I am sorry to have such a bad attitude when I was stress. Sorry Max. Thanks to the project as well, I get to know the rest better such as Matt, YZ.. I think I rarely talk to them back at Sunway. Not mention that I always being comment as 'look cool' when other don't know me well. (Face problem). Just like how I felt about YZ, I tot he was COOL, actually he is CUTE. =P


At the end of Evelyn street, there is another house who always the place to hold the b'day party. The guys in this house meant a lot to me. They are always there for me whenever I break down crying (Even midnight). Care for me when they think I am not alright. Thanks for being a listener and advisor of mine. =) I appreciate it and you guys really helped me to get through my low time. I know they don't read blogs.. and who cares. Still..

I feel sorry that I was grumpy at Loon, even scolded him when I was stress. I am sorry Loon, I know I should have change, and I said I will , still I failed. When the rest of the world were being careful with me, Loon always being direct and tell me the truth. Thanks for your truth, and your truely advice that woke me up from the nightmare. Wing and brother, thanks for the concern. You guys has been supporting me all this while, and I really really appreciate it. Really love you guys, and wish we have another great year ahead.

The only mechanical engineerng girl who stay in dome, JY. She has been very patient with me especially on 2nd semester. She has been a great help to teach me and analyse my computing code. hehe.. and she bake good cookies! Sunway ppl, bug her about it next year. =P


haha.. and my NEIGHBOUR- Bettina street~

We were not that close til the late of 2nd semester, which is kind of a regret. They are good neighbours who always bring us 'tong shui', 'char siew'.. and they make good foods! My sis still miss you guy's salad til now. (YC! Where is the buttercake?) We had a lot of great time together, and those memorable moment will always be remember. Although it was a short time, there are lot of memory. Ballarat, Grampion and Lakes Entrance trip were awesome~ I am sure there is always a chance to do it again. So.. don't emo my 'sis'..

Jason is the creative cook in Bettina.. but one thing which I don't understand why. He doesn't seems to like to do it himself.. hmm... No idea.. He make good foods! Need to bug him more next year.. wahaha.. and I managed to make him to fry KL and I eggs for breakfast in Lakes Entrance... hehe..

With the 1000D in hand, another photographer that will do anything to take good photos. Other than that, he recorded all those stupid-funny-idiotic we girls did in the car. =.=.... So I actually can't really 'dak zui' him lar.. lol. A very nice and gentle guy. hehe. can see that he really love his gf. Nah.. no worry lar.. you are going to be in M'sia next year. Will miss you when we are having fun =P webcam webcam..

YC, another photographer.. hehe.. I'll never forget that you lay on that stiff rock just to take a photo. Pro~ Don't be fool by his serious face lo. He can be as crazy as we girls... haha.. our good drivers as well.. Thanks for the thought of trying to adjust my head with an emergency break when I was sleeping in the car. ( good idea, but I wonder will I fly out of the car instead) See ya next year la.. will take lots of M'sia foods photo for you =P ( being evil, wink*)

also known as Bing-pedia. That's right, not only about age.. but this walking -pedia really knows a lot (Experience really makes the difference =P). There are always time you can see us quietly listening to this old man lecture. Other than that,out of all the photographers, this fella really crazy over his dslr. ok lar.. can't deny that, with such a good camera, he should really make full use of it. haha.. shall wait for the day he get the mark II.

I'm not very close with Alan but his 'Da da tiao' affected most of us. Anything to credit on when someone don't want to admit it. Just say is 'Alan do it.'. Wonder...Alan, why not 'xiao xiao tiao'?

The sunset that I missed... was in grocerry shopping/house.. Will definitely go for it again =P However, there is always a gain when you miss a thing. At night, few of us were stargazing for hour at the same place and saw meteor. =) Although we didn't get to see the sunrise (Did we face the wrong direction?), that sleepless night is those day will always be in my heart.
