My aunt.. which is now i think redi 50 years old kua... something around this age lar... She has a debate...which is coming soon.. as her niece... we need to help her to think point for this topic.. the topic is quite intersting.. atleast is related to us.. so i think is time for us to think deeply...
Start from kindergarden.. we as a student , always be advise to study hard...but how many of us really think of why?? izit just to get the reward from ur papa n mama or get praise by teacher n adults???
I think i am a weird child maybe.. when i was young , i didn't been force to study but i love to study.. Story book is the best.. but when i was 5 years, i started to intersted of my elder sister standard one teks book.. i really wierd lar..i oso duno y?? just very excited to noe more words...
Other then that, i like to think.. don't c me just staring at something.. like i m day dreaming.. actually my brain is running... (but sometimes really day dreaming lar:p) I started to think for my future since i was young... i noe there got something call government exam ..which is very important for my future.. and i tell my self if i can't do well in this exam .. my future is gone.. the whole world going to be dark n evil.. So i push my self very hard .. just to get my cert pass with flying colors...
Actually how important is all this cert??? Study so much and so hard... give up my favourite tv show n computer games and all the fun....izit worth??? only a cert.....which determin my future..
some might say it is only a cert.. don't have a cert with good result doesn't means u r a failure in the future... however... with this cert.. atleast ..i will have more opportunity to get a better job in the future... For example, if i didn't get good result for PMR.. i can't go to the science class... N the skop of my future course i can take will reduce.... all those science subject will be out ....
if my SPM, i can't get atleast 5 credits.. i can't even go to a college..... Or if i can get atleast 5 credits but the result is not good...The confident on my self oso will bcome low.. and the spirit to fight and battle will be low too... plus ..if my result not good it oso means i didn't master the knowledge i study in secondary school.. So if i go to the coll, i will face the diff in study....
After we study and pass our exam ..only we can graduate from Uni....and get the Cert which is only a paper...
So izit all is study about??? Just to get a cert????Tell me everything on ur mind...

Well, most ppl ,in fact most of us think dat study is just to get a better future and not to dissapoint our parents or teacher,dis is totally not my concept.
I would prefer study stuffs dat will bring benefits to my future. BUt obviously i must have a goal and plan to make sure im in the rite track. For example, i would like to become an entrepreneur,and dat is why im taking my economy and perdagangan paper. Study what u wan to be is better den study hard for a certificate.It will give u more confident, den giving u pressures to get the certificate.
But obviously certificate nowadays are crazy dam shit important. Becoz without certificate, nobody can noe ur status, what u r majoring in, wat ur good in and blah blah blah.

some of us alredi have plans on our own...
we are just goin and being forced to study for spm..
once its over..... everybody will begin to accelerate their plans..
so well to study for cert is important for 1. ur parents wont scold u...
2. if its necessary for ur future den u need the cert...
anw some people can get through life without havin a cert...
lets take for instance....
a restaurant owner...
a famous restaurant owner is maybe richer than a doctor even though (lets just assume) he failed in his SPM....
anoder is ... ok lets se footballers... u tell me... do u need SPM to play football?? no i don think so... but yet they earn millions of dollars every week... dey are even richer than doctors or lawyers and such that study day and night for SPM... they earn much much more!! so imagine me if i fail my SPM and den u guys / gals score straight A's in SPM.. but den again u all bcome doctors and also still owe the government money ... whereas i became a footballer and i earn millions of dollars jus by playing football... get my drift?
so anything can happen in this world... its al up to u.... no matter how many cert u have it will not guarantee ur future...
ur future ur plans... u can all do it.... even if u fail SPM don worry... u can do it even if u put ur mind in it.... show dos guys or gals teachers etc that u can still be a doctor even if u fail in ur doctorate degree.... show them u can do it... show them u can shape ur own destiny... and also like in the newspaper dos top scorers didnot even get any scholarship even though the are national to p scorer liao...
see steven spielberg never go to directing schools... he just do it... and now hes one of the best film directors alive...
in short certs are important in a way... den again its not something u have to kill anyone or die try in to get it.... in my opinion go for that cert if u really wan to go for dos jobs dat require it... if u don den its ok.... u can try again or show them dat u can be watever u wan without having dos cert...

mayb some ppl think that study is to gain more knowledge, but....i think 90% of ppl will think that study actually is js to get a cert...um..sorry...i dunno the statistic of it lar...but i hope my "theory" wasn't wrong....

ying ying, actuarial science u mean? U study 9 years just to get dat certificate? It's a waste of time i tell u, only ppl who r talented in this actuarial science is going to be succeed only.and dats only 27 of them in Malaysia. I definetly wont succeed in this course, coz i noe my IQ is not dat good, Pilihatur and Gabugang bab in Add Maths I also pening giler giler adi.
But to choose wats the best for u, u have to evaluate urself wat suits u and wat ur interested in. Not just to aim 1 million buck to become an actuarial scientist.
lolz.. yoyo..i oso duno wat i want to be.. dat's a bit sad.. coz i duno wat i good on.. mayb i only good on study. i sure aim for the 1 million lar.. freshly graduate can get 1 million for one year sallary.. dat's alotz.. i can buy alotz of things i wan.. not like now... need to save money lar.. need to buy anything oso hav to think 1st..
well the best think is everyone go for wat they are good in, or specialise in and go for it.... make wat ur good at as ur main income... like for example me... i like movies.... no sori ahem... i LOVE to watch movies!!!!!!, and also i LOVE to play video games..... therefore im thinkin of goin to directing course or computing or IT... hey dos people who noe wat to do(film and games) earn big money and they love their job... dats the kind of job i wan to go into... a job dat u like and u can earn a lot of money from it.... no need to study like sh!t for 9 years.... a perfect job is a job dat doesnt stress u out or a job dat wen at the end of the day u really feel proud for wat u have done....
ying ying u like to study, but wat kind of topic u like to study? Dats the question. U cannot be good at every subjects rite, sure der are sum subjects u r really specialised in.

Well of coz u need to take consideration b4 u do sumthing. If ur mom say no, den u ask her why? den u tell her why u wan to study chinese. Like dat she only more understand wat u want mah. Dis is call Contructive Critisism.(is it call critisism or sumthing else) Hahaha, learned from pn alicia.
And dun get me wrong, i dun mean u to scold ur mom and force her to let u study chinese. Some things u always have to take into consideration. 8)
yea do wat u want.... coz its ur future not hers... if not .. make her proud that u are able to live ur own future....show her that u can have a better living den wat she planned for u... that is wat keeps me goin...
